The City of Toronto is moving ahead with its controversial efforts to clear homeless encampments from parks around the city after the pandemic pushed our affordable housing crisis into full view, announcing Tuesday morning that it would be doling out trespass notices to those who have been living in Trinity Bellwoods Park.
